How to Play Table Games
To support Carded Play, we will be making some changes to the way you play Table Games.
Soon you must have a SHOW by SkyCity card or Premier Rewards card to be able to play.
When buying chips at a table or the cashier, you will need to present your card.
Before playing at a table, the dealer will ask you for your card and may ask you to enter your PIN onto a keypad.
Max Players
Some of our games will be limited to a maximum number of players as indicated on each table.
Colour Chips
When playing Roulette, you may be required to play with Colour Chips as indicated on each table.
Swipe & Play Zone
In Auckland, some of our games will be inside 'Swipe & Play Zones' which you will need to swipe your card to enter and exit. Once inside, you can play without having to present your card at each table.
SkyCare Breaks
To provide a safer gaming experience, soon we are introducing SkyCare breaks - scheduled pauses in play - which allow you to enjoy a break while visiting SkyCity Auckland.
Our Automated Table Games will notify you when SkyCare breaks are approaching. You will be able to continue playing again after the appropriate break has been completed. You can visit our Kiosks to view your play time for a session, day or week and also see the breaks taken or remaining break time needed.
Dealers at Table Games will be able to see when breaks are approaching and due and will be able to let you know.
